Definition of Wellness
Everyone will have there own view as to what wellness really is. For me wellness is living a life that has low stress mixed with times of great joy. When you click this link you will find a definition of wellness that you might or might not agree with. The point is simply this you will be on the way to creating your own view as to what wellness is for you and that is all that matters.

There is also a toll free number that you may call to help with a personal emotional crisis. These calls are answered by trained professionals with a minimum Masters degree in counseling.
